Steps, Retail, Ugly Houses, Pretty Houses, Probate, Abandoned Houses.
Wow! Armed with all this know-how and getting around you should have several deals under
your belt, No?
Perhaps having all that knowledge and being all over the map ain't as big of a help as you
thought.
There is nothing wrong with knowing about all those things mentioned before, but maybe it's
time to pick out one or two niches and "Be Who You Want to Be."
In other words, FOCUS.
That is the subject of October's BIG Meeting.
Learning how to pick some niches of real estate investing that suit you and focus on them to
bring you success.
This Wednesday October 26, we are at a NEW meeting place this month. Chef Rob's
Caribbean Cafe at 5920 Roswell Rd in Sandy Springs. Great authentic Caribbean food at a
good price.
Networking starts at 6:30pm, Topic discussion starts at 7pm

Our guest speakers this month are the team of Sandra Watkins and John Marion of Alpha Dog
Investments.
Sandra Watkins is a licensed Real Estate Broker with over 12
years experience in investor, residential, and new home sales.
Sandra is also the owner and Broker for Georgia Realty Group, a
property management company and Associate Broker for RE/MAX
Town & Country.
John Marion is a successful real estate investor who finds,
inspects and renovates investment property. John specializes in
structuring transactions with other investors and provides
thorough analysis of every transaction prior to purchase.
